A lot of our cheeks are fats, so I don't see how SkinTE can regenerate our acne scars if it isn't able to regenerate fats?

What I don't get is why SkinTE results are so bad in humans when they claimed scarless healing in swine skin (Which presumably is more complicated than human skin).
