Acne.org has always been free with no ads, and I’ve never accepted donations. I’m partially able to do this due to people volunteering.
If you’d like to give back, here are some ways to get started:
- Reviewing Treatments & Products (open to anyone): Review Treatments & Products
- Outreach (open to anyone): My Outreach Suggestions
- Researching (PhDs and MDs, not students–sorry)
- Editing (advanced degree preferred or equivalent editing experience)
- Fact-checking (open to fact-checkers with proven real-world experience)
- Graphics (medical illustrators and Photoshop/Illustrator experts)
- Sound editing and/or video editing (with experience)
- Your unique talent (whatever you do amazingly well that I may not have listed above)
