My Dr Hazany Experience...

I went to Hazany last year. Other doctor helped, but Hazany was there for most of it. Not sure if the other doctor still works there though. If he doesn't do the subcision himself anymore, agreed t...

★ An crazily deep decade old scar in the middle of great skin. Dr. suggests subcision + co2 laser. Thoughts? (Pics incl.)

Subcision (multiple times if needed) and fat transfer. Do NOT let your doctor treat the whole area with RFM, laserr, etc.

Your scarring is mild but I can see why it's affecting your mental health. Treatment is straightforward: phenol/TCA CROSS + subcision. You also have age-related volume loss that can make your scars...

Congrats on your results! They are very very good. However, you were lucky to have easily treatable scars -- icepicks and some small boxcar scars -- fair skin, and skin that reacted well to TCA. I'...

It's an organized hematoma at this point -- fibrotic scar tissue, not blood. The hematoma should have been evacuated ASAP by the doctor performing it. The original paper that was released by TL subcis...

Dr Hazany experience?

Speaking from experience, swelling from aggressive subcision (w/ a Taylor Liberator or similar) can last up to 8 weeks. If you make it past that point, your results are likely permanent.

How the heck did Kendall Jenner get rid of her atrophic scars?!

She had active acne, which made things look worse. Her scars are mild. Plus she probably treated them very early (< 4 months), making them very amenable to even simple treatments like microneedling...

So this confirms that excision + verteporfin should work right? Since the excision line is thin, it doesn't matter if hair/gland reconstruction isn't 100% in the newly formed tissue -- as long as it *...

[Before/After] Excellent results at Scar Healing Institute, Beverly Hills with Dr Salar Hazany and his team. ~95% improvement on severe acne scarring.

I don't think it's a lighting trick. Here's a video of the same guy that was posted on the doctor's website. Results are maybe not as impressive as in the pic, but still really good. Probably like 90%...
