Yes. When I look at before and after photos I always look at the shadows around the eyes because that is when you can tell if the lighting is overhead. In the before photo you clearly see a shadow covering his eye , in the after it looks like more direct lighting because I see no shadows on his face.

I just looked over his Instagram and his results do seem a little more authentic. I havent really done much research on him though because Im in the US so I mainly research for doctors in my area. But if anyone here has gone to him and gotten good results I hope they share.

lots of results are shamelessly tricked but I believe I saw some good and relatively honest results.

I don't think it's a lighting trick. Here's a video of the same guy that was posted on the doctor's website. Results are maybe not as impressive as in the pic, but still really good. Probably like 90% improvement.
