How is your diet like? And also, how long have you been doing it. Definitely up it to 10 if you can for the spring break, that is what I am doing. Focusing on my skin this week, hardcore. No slip ups....

Update:   Still nothing too dramatic, but there has definitely been some steady progress. I still get small breakouts, but the majority are the weak ones we've talked about. Its strange....my lef...
