Yea Some people use it on their face     WARNING: NEVER LEAVE H&S TO SIT ON YOUR FACE OVERNIGHT... it burns your skin and makes your acne look 10X worse

this definitely works! I don't know if 100% clear is possible, but there is definitely a big difference, so I'm gonna keep using it! The pimples I do get now are much much smaller and less inflamed/so...

Day 3... H&S is awesome... I would say my acne has decreased 70%
