Give time to heal. Ive used mederma after ive been on regimen for awhile so my skin wouldn't freak. but time will heal them more than anything.

Yep all that is normal. Stick with it atleast 3 Months to see results.

Definitely stick to the regimen store bought products if u cant afford the moisturizer. I use cetaphil. It works better than anything ive tried.

Stick to the products on the product sheet. The most moisturizing thing I found is Johnsons and Johnsons baby head to toe wash. 5% is waay to irritating. That's prolly wy its not working.

Ya I agree you have to have patience! I knw it is hard. My face was so dry and red and discustingly pimply for almost 3 months before it EVEN STARTED working. It will get better I promise!

Didnt clear up until 3 mo. U have to have patience! I broke out like never before the entire time until then. But trust me its worth it

I broke out terribly on my temple area too and I never broke out there in my life! your skin has to get used to it.

Only do the regimen 2x a day. Irritated skin =acne

Not supposed to use moisturizer for acne skin! Use cetaphil or Cerevae.

U have to be gentle. Im not as gentle as I should be. and I get the occasional pimple. If id be totally gentle I prolly wouldn't even break out. I cant stress enough how gentle u have to be.

YES! But u have to follow it like no other. I had cystic acne all over my face. And it took the regimen 3 months of constant breaking out for it to finally clear.

Mine takes about a week too.

Don't skip moisturizer. your skin will get used to it sooner or later. Irritated skin=acne. If u don't moisturize it will be irritated.

Prolly your skin has to get used to it.

I use the BP 16 oz and use 2 pumps and it only lasts about 1 month and a half, sometimes 2.
