i placed my order last thursday or friday, will it take any longer? i wish we had a tracking #

it probably hasn't been delivered yet and is still in the processing stage.

You can log into "My Account" and check on your order to see whether its shipped or not.

I made an order on Friday as well and its currently "Processing"

Im pretty sure you have to wait till monday for them to ship it, but if you bought it on Thursday, it should of been shipped already. Just don't keep your hops up that it'll come early since its the weekend and UPS doesn't ship them.

It also depends on the shipping method you used. I use USPS first class international because UPS is horrible to us Canadians when shipped from the states. For me it usually takes around 2 weeks to arrive.

ORDER IN ADVANCE. mine took nearly 2 weeks to get to my house, it's ridiculous. And my acne looks worse and worse while i was waiting. it sucked

Weird. Mine has taken only 3-5 business days max.

Mine took 10 days to get it delivered to my house

My two orders have taken a good two weeks to arrive both times... Idk why it's so slow, but now that I know how early to order, it's all good.

Mine takes about a week too.

The best you can do is order it early so that you don't run out. My shipment was processed by Fed Ex but was delivered by the post office.

Shipping is slow for the product... Mine is taking a while too... Not worth getting paid shipping for the projected time for my package has already expired.

So, the weird thing is, I've made 2 orders at different times of their products and didn't receive them whatsoever. Tried to contact both them and FedEx but FedEx says to contact seller to sort it out or refund. They emailed me back basically saying that's not their problem - so buyers, BEWARE!
