I bought a vitamin C serum to see if it will help with my post inflammatory erythema.

This is my regimen:

AM: Facetheory AHA/BHA cleanser, then Cerave AM SPF 30 moisturiser

PM:Facetheory AHA/BHA cleanser, Epiduo (benzoyl peroxide and adapalene), then Cetaphil moisturiser

When am I supposed to apply the serum?

I could be wrong but many apply their vitamin c products in the morning. Vitamin c can have photoprotective properties which is great for day time use. In your case, I would apply it before your moisturiser/SPF.
