I switched to Cetaphil (Has to be the brand name) lotion, not moisturizer and it helped me ALOT.

I broke out so bad I had big cycts that wouldn't even pop. And the regimen took me 3.5 mo to completely clear. I'd just wait a little longer. it says anywhere fr 3-6 mo! U have to give it more time...

So u guys stayed clear? Im just worried about breaking out again :S

Ive been on regimen for 11 months and completely clear and still oily?? Anyone experiencing this? Also if anyone has any foundation tips for oily skin Id appreciate it. Thank you.

Not unless u want to keep breaking out. For years I thot I could scrub it away acne and or dryness, Its just not true.

The regimen doesn't cause irritation unless u do it wrong. It does in the beginning but that's what moisturizer is for! It def worked for me and my acne was waay worse than yours. Go for it!  ...

Ok cant seem to find a balance it's either too oily or too dry. It doesn't have a dropper so I cant do that. I just dump it in my hand.

I wouldn't. Im 32 and still get breakouts. I heard people in their 50s breaking out still.

Supposed to wait atleast 3 MONTHS. Don't give up. Its the ONLY thing that helped me and I had big cysts and nodules ALL OVER MY FACE.

My face is still dry just not as flakey and ive been on it for 9 mo. Its just something u have to deal with instead of acne. Try jojoba oil.

That's not bad at all. Oily I understand. Try jojoba oil mixed with moisturizer while on regimien.

I used jojoba oil and the equate moisturizing cream and it helped mine dramatically!! I knw people say jojoba oil doesn't help but it does for me.

Yep I did for awhile to and they were hard and when I poped them they just came right out. It was only for about a couple months though.
