Technically speaking - some people dermaroll their heads to induce hair growth, so I *think* it should be ok.

My scars look better after appling moisturizer as well - but next day they're back to normal. Think it just looks better while its applied.

You can expect 10-15% improvement with each aggressive re:pair treatment. You won't get the results you want without multiple treatments.
