I only have like 3 or 4 small moderate depth scars on my nose. I feel like laser is my only choice that will give good results but I have dark skin so I'm terrified of pigmentation problems. Somehow I'd be happier with three pigmentation dots rather than my whole nose. Is it possible to spot treat each individual scar with a laser instead of a larger area? Or is that like a really stupid question haha

Depends on which laser you're asking about, but in general yes they can. Be sure to ask your doctor though as sometimes they may need to go around the treated areas with a low powered laser to "blend" in the other areas (don't confuse this with them trying to upsell you a bigger treatment area however.)
