Did you order and tried the products from this website? I can vouch for them as it worked on my active acne and pimple. Within a week or so the "active" acne and pimple will be gone. Next I would go ahead and get into microneedling world, it will sort things out with your scars or overall improve your skin on your face.

You have nothing to be insecure about you have gorgeous skin! Retin A and benzylperoxide should clear your acne. I do not see any scars on your face.

try bp 2.5% with glycolic acid lotion 10% or try a salicylic acid chemical peel 20%

Your skin doesn't look bad at all. Be fairly gentle with your skin and it will heal.

Peels! They can get pricy but are SO worth it. Your acne looks light enough to where a few (maybe only 2) chemical peels could really make a huge difference. They should help get rid of some of the active acne you have, and will start to wear away at some of the discoloration. They're totally worth it.

Your skin seems fine (minus the white papules). I don't see any scarring.....
