I tried Roobios and it did nothing for me that green tea doesn't and it's A LOT more expensive than green tea too...but it tastes delicious. Glad it worked for you!

i take it about 2 weeks out of the month. it's probably bad for me but considering other medications i have been on..i'm not too worried.

nope, haven't done it and never would but it's great that you are so happy with them. still sore i'd imagine!

Should i be taking more PRO then? I take 4000mg a day and anly 1/4 teaspoon of Borage..that's all I can stomach.

I'm taking 4000mg of EPO and 1/4 tsp Borage oil <---- which in oil form is the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted in my entire life.   Hope it works well.
