I LOVVVVVVVVVE ACV!! IT'S CHEAP.. YOU GET A WHOLE LOT OF IT.. AND THANKS TO IT MY SKIN IS SO SOFT AND SO CLEAR!!!
since im using a BP cleanser (washing it off) should i use acv before or after this cleanser. i know you said use the avc then the BP but it would all wash off when washing the BP off. should i use the acv after i wash with the BP?
BP Washes won't help your acne at all bc it has 0 time to actually penetrate your skin. So use just a normal body wash or use Dan's cleanser for your face because the acne medicated washes are a piece of crap and do not do anything. You need the BP or SA to be on your face all day to work and absorb.
And washing off the ACV would also be pointless 0 time to absorb. So if you buy Dan's BP which I highly recommened then use ACV let it dry for 15 min and then apply Dan's BP and then moisturizer bc your skin will get very dry.
I don't want to sound stupid but what do people mean when they say they are putting it on "neat"
Apply it in the morning and at night before you sleep - thats what I do. I was also doing it a third time around midday but I think that may have been a bit much. Probably best to take it slow at first using a 50/50 mix at night and in the morning. And make sure you do it after your bath/shower and not beforehand. Good luck.
On a side note, my skin actually looked better this morning, some of the marks are dying down and it looks a bit healthier since i've started drinking the stuff. Hopefully it'll continue to improve and I won't have another breakout.
Still have a awful patch on my neck (which has never caused me problems previously) but hopefully they won't stay for much longer than a week or two - I hope!
Ok people keep saying to drink this and I tried but I couldn't drink it, it was making so sick, I can't stand the smell of it, I'm using it on my face but If I can get good results drinking it I will. But is there an easier way to drink this stuff other then just with water, its just really disgusting to me
Oh wow...your skin looks awesome! It sounds too good to be true. haha I almost don't believe it. But I'm definitely going to look into taking some ACV. I really hope it works for me. These darn red marks of mine are taking forever to heal!!
Thanks for your encouraging post,
Erika

If I sound annoyed it isnt at you .. I will just add this to my first page bc the same questions about this and oither thigns keep being asked over and over again most of which are on the first page.
ACV + Apple Juice or Apple Cider can hardly taste it or smell it.
This is also the first thing I mention on my first page IDK why this question is still being asked.
"+ Can be pruchased at any local grocery store, and is in the salad dressing isle."
Updated First Page
"+ If you want to drink it add 2 - 4 Tablespoons of ACV in a large glass of Apple Juice or Apple Cider. Use a straw because the more acid that touches your teeth the higher your risk is of ruining your enamel. IDK too much about it so your best bet is to look it up yourself so that you don't ruin your teeth."
After reading some of the pages on ACV, I decided to give it a try. I have been applying a 50/50 solution of ACV to my face in the morning and then at night. I've started to break out, but I read that it was common, so I didn't make a fuss. I have been using ACV for about a week now and some of my new breakouts are still present. My red marks also seem to be a little darker (it might be just me, I'm not sure). Anyway, I was just wondering if this was common for people. Do I need to give it another week or so? Should I try applying it more than twice a day? I'm getting frustrated over my red marks (they are very difficult to cover up) and I'm not sure what to do. If anyone could give me some advice that would be helpful. I'm sorry if this issue has been addressed, but I really do not have the time to read all 69 pages on this topic.
Thanks!

I applied it up 6x a day which is much better then just twice. The more often the faster the results.
Give it atleast a month bc a week isnt enough time to give anything a chance to work. Your skin will just be getting over this new product in about a week so def. give it longer.
I never saw in the first post about it not having a taste or smell, so I must have missed it, sorry. I did the whole straw thing, it just still made me sick.
6 times a day? damn how are you having time to put it on? I don't time to do it 6 times a day. How many hours in between each time do you use it? Cause I work full time and I do it morning and night, I don't have time during the day to put it on. Weekends I could possibly get away with doing it more.

Have you tried adding it to Apple Juice or Apple Cider?
lol well I am in college and my summer vacation is 4 months and I don't work so I have a ton of time. Just applt it as often as you can if two 2x is all you can do then thats ok you will still see results.
I can't really say how often I did it like within how mnay hours I would just put it on whenever I remember throughout the day and someones that was 6x.
so after reading all the positive feedback from acv, i decided to buy some yesterday. last night was the first time i put it on and yes, the smell was miserable and making my eyes watery but it wasn't that bad. i put some water in a cup and then did the 50/50 thing with the acv. i just dipped a cotton ball in the mixture and put it on my face before bed. i obviously havent seen any results yet when it comes to my red marks, but i have a few zits which have dried up extremely! i couldnt believe how much smaller it made my current zits.. so im hoping that it minimizes the appearence of my red marks also. i'll keep posting if i see any new results.
whats the best way to mix the water and acv together? I pour half acv half water in a cup and than dip a cottenball and coat my face. is the acv suppose to be **mixed** in with the water? how come alot of you use a spray bottle? I want to make sure im doing it right so I don't burn my face etc...
by the way my regimen is as follows:
-cetaphil cleaner, ACV, lac-hydrin five in the MORNING
-plexion cleaner (prescribed by derm), ACV, benzaclin on affected spots, lac-hydrin five at NIGHT
