do you believe the main reason you didnt get deep scars is because of using retinoids... or is it because you POPPED the pimples?

accutane now IMO. Before you get scars that will leave you in pain forever.

I don't literally mean starve. I mean reducing your calorie load significantly..     Where'd you guys hear that starving yourself makes your acne more prone to scarring?
