I dont know what ur diet is like, i had pretty painful acne, for years, i stopped drinking milk, stopped eating cheese and yogert, and within weeks my face was clear...i still have some hyperpigmentat...

Do you have to drink water with apple cider vinegar? I have been eating 1-2 tablespoons per day for the past 4-5 days and i am breaking out a lot now... but i was not diluting it with water.

Not to sure to be honest. From what i read, i don't think a meal here and there matters much. Its what you do on a consistent basis.
