I'd do TCA cross for the ice picks, then microneedling and fillers.....you can't get rid of them but you should get a decent improvement!

What kind of acne you have? Post a pic maybe so we can see. If you have cystic acne (like me) it's no problem at all to get a prescription of accutane. Maybe try changing dermatologist

Red marks will go away with time (same for acne). Acne scars won't go away...you need treatments and you can only improve them, it's impossible to completely get rid of them

They are ice pick scars and a bunch of boxcar. TCA cross will help with these scars. They're mild in severity so don't worry
