There was no acne on My temples but 2. I used epiduo on it and after a month the acne itself turned into a scar and caused much more acne..

But those doesnt really look as acne, it's like acne but under the skin surface Which makes it look like a scar.

Red marks will go away with time (same for acne). Acne scars won't go away...you need treatments and you can only improve them, it's impossible to completely get rid of them
