Don't think there is an easy answer for that, it depends on too many variables. It would be much easier to post a picture if you are trying to determine what you can expect from your scarring.

I will post a picture of my scars soon

if there is indentation or fat loss they are permanent, shallow icepicks and boxcar can be treated easily but rolling scars in general are permanent .. as they can only be made less visible but cant be treated fully unless u r ok with filers ..

All scars are permanent by definition.
