I'm reaching out to a neuro immunologist tomorrow, so hopefully they will see me without a referral from another doctor. If I can get an appointment I'm going to try and get this test.

Minocycline and doxycycline

Antibiotics help but they're not the answer. I'd suggest epiduo every other night. Its been helping me alot.

My results were Estradiol, Sensitive 32.8 8.0-35.0 So a bit on the high end. The doctor I was seeing recommended trying to lower this, but I haven't given it a shot yet.

Hard water and acne
