No. What it is doing is getting rid of the dead skin or dried sebum that is on your face and unclogging the pores. After a few weeks, your skin should be normal.

ah i remember doing Botchla's. It was pretty good. But i just couldnt take the irritation and redness. It did help with my acne though.

just wash your face once a day with soap/cleanser(preferably at night) and you should be ok.

i heard washing your your hair and face both times is really overdoing it. You lose alot of your skins natural oils.

also, a benifit to showering in the morning is that you can go right to sleep after a long day instead of having to take a shower.

i did a lil research and lemon juice really does help with acne marks so im gonna try it. I also read that cucumber juice is also good for marks. Anybody tried these methods?

can i put on lemon juice at night?

yea its not that bad but there just little red marks. probly from poppin pimples. i just started taking vitamin e and using the aloe plant so i hope they help also.
