Pros:

Works well, doesn't irritate spots, doesn't over dry, no alcohol denat, no sodium laureth sulfate!

Cons:

Can't think of any apart from price, but it is worth

I hate it when my spots become more red and larger once irritated after washing, this however does not due to all the natural ingredients, and doesn't contain sodium laureth sulfate or alcohol denat which both irritate spots! Also contains salyclic acid, which stops pores from blocking.

Pros:

If i pop a pimple i put it right on it and a couple hours later it has shrunken or gone away.
Or if i put it on a zit or pimple it works very well.

Cons:

no cons from me.
but yes it has a little sting but doesn't really bug me I actually
like it .

this product does work when you get a few pimples i suggest the clean and clear kit not just this one product for people who have more than a few pimples and zits.works well for light breakouts. IF YOU HAVE VERY SENSITIVE SKIN DONT USE THIS !!! I love this product, i only get like a few pimples so it works wonders for me.

Pros:

cute bottle, 1 pump is all u need for my face, doesnt really moisturize that well, helps acne a tiny bit

Cons:

works really slowly, i used nivea body moisturizer and it made my face smoother than clean and clear but its not a face moisturizer, sorta burns when i apply it (maybe its cause i have sensitive skin)

its cheap (i actually payed $6.24 becuz i got a discount), smells nice uhh i dunno it doesnt really work.. takes really slow

Pros:

I have cystic acne, this is the only thing that I can use regularly, a pea size amount (it will overdry your skin) to keep the volcanoes from erupting, not their strongest in scent

Cons:

I have to use it everyday at the same time (convienent because I shower every day)

IT WORKS! One should never overuse acne products, as they can overdry your skin. I don't have to buy a huge kit, the cleanser alone works and it is wonderful. I have SUFFERED with acne since I was 14, and this is the only product that makes my skin flawless. I use any lotion I want and don't use astringents or other cleansers. I don't have the embarrasing oozing face of pus many people with my acne experience.

Pros:

makes my skin feel really clean + nice + tight for the next few hours after using it.

Cons:

in the first week of using this product, my acne became the worst it's EVER been. it doesn't smell too nice, but it's not completely bad either.

i never used it twice a day lol thats just ccrraazzyy. once every day is enough. in the first week of using this product, my acne became the worst it's EVER been. and thats HUGE. i swear im not lying, i had about 20 little-medium pimples scattered round my face with about 5 HUUUGGEE massive disgusting ones that looked like cysts. but for some reason, i kept with it, and now it's been about a week and a half and its calmed down a bit. it SEEMS like its starting to actually work but im not completely sure. oh, and i have extremely sensitive skin so, yeah... this probably would've worked for people with lighter acne and not so sensitive skin. recommended: maybe.

Pros:

No animal Testing

Cons:

Made me break out, made my face rough and itchy, horrible product.

Please don't buy this. Before this I had smooth skin, even though there was acne on it. This product made my face rough and itchy. I have discarded this product forever and ever. I like their body wash though, but that's a different story. Don't buy this!!

Pros:

great peppermint smell!! dries down pimples fast!

Cons:

dried skin at corner of eyes, lips and nose; did nothing for blackheads and no exfoliator.

works geat on pimples, but find a moisturizer that hydrates well.

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

none

Cons:

burns the skin

This product is a nightmare!!! Im a beauty therapist and have suffered with acne since the birth of my daughter. I used this product once and had a severe reaction to it. my face swelled beyond recognition and my skin looks like it has had acid poured onto it. I have been in so much pain, I appreciate that I have had an allergic reaction to this product, but all the ingredients in the product I have used before in different combinations. I would strongly recommend that no one uses this product. Its been nearly one week since using the product and still my skin is red, flaking, lumpy and extremely painful.

Finding a Doctor

The right dermatologist can make a big difference to your patient experience and the success of your acne treatment plan. Here are the steps to find a dermatologist who is a good fit:

  1. Use the search feature on the American Academy of Dermatology website to look for board-certified dermatologists in your area, and filter the search results for doctors with a special interest in treating acne.
  2. Read online patient reviews of any dermatologists you are considering and ask people you know whether they have any experience with these dermatologists.
  3. Do your research and go to your first appointment with questions prepared.
  4. Listen to what your gut feeling tells you once you see a dermatologist in person. If you are not completely comfortable, try a different dermatologist.

Finding a Doctor

Only a select few plastic surgeons specialize in acne scar revision surgery. Be certain to find a provider who specializes in acne scar repair and who is passionate and experienced in this area.

Be sure to:

  • Look at before and after photos, the more the better, especially patients with similar scarring to your own.
  • Be realistic about results. Look for improvement, not a cure.

Questions to ask a potential scar revision specialist:

  • Are you board certified? Be certain that they are board certified.
  • How long have you been performing these procedures? Normally, the more experience the better, however, some younger surgeons may be more on top of the latest procedures.
  • Can I speak to some of your other patients? Ask for references for several patients who had similar scarring and speak to them about the process and their satisfaction with results.

Red flags:

  • Their story changes: As you discuss different treatment options, if they tend to change their mind easily, or agree with whatever you say, consider this a red flag. A confident, experienced surgeon will possess strong, unwavering opinions.
  • Your gut tells you "no": Trust your gut. If you just don't feel that the doctor is the right fit, trust that and move on. On the other hand, if you feel they are the perfect specialist for you, trust that feeling.
