The only thing that has consistently worked for me

I found from a YouTube video. A girl said it was the only thing that worked for her. I had moderate acne, the red angry kind around my mouth cheeks and jaw that leaves dark scars. I had tried about everything except for Accutane. I?ve tried every treatment, birth control, every home remedy, every diet change, and the regimen worked after about two weeks. All of my acne was gone in about three months and it has been that way for a few years now. The only time I get acne flare ups is when I go on a trip and forget my products. The only thing that is annoying is that you have to let the product dry on your face before you let fabric touch it because it will stain whatever it touches while it?s wet.

this treatment saved my skin(life)

One year ago, I had severe acne on my skin for no reason, the benzoyl peroxide saved my life!! Mixed with the cleanser, I followed the instruction and thankfully, today I feel so good with a clear skin.

Thank you Acne.Org for making me happy in my own skin again

I never write reviews but I am SO happy with my progress and want anyone whose looking at this and having doubts to take the plunge because it?s honestly the best! I have lost a load of my before photos due to my phone resetting so these are the only ones I could find on my phone but I?m still shocked at how bad my skin was compared to how clear it is now. I am honestly so happy in my own skin for once and feel confident to go out without makeup which I never would have done before.

I was previously given Roaccutane from the dermatologist and that cleared my skin up I?m  talking 10 years ago and then it got bad again around 1-2 years ago. I have spent thousands on skin care regimes, retinol and skin peels you name it I?ve tried it! I have also been to the doctors and tried prescribed skincare from them however nothing worked seemed to work. The doctors also tried to get me to go on the pill to clear my skin which I think is outrageous and I refused as I feel that you shouldn?t have to rely on a tablet pumping you with hormones to have nice skin!  I?ve finally found something that works, thank you Acne.Org

My cousin recommended this to me and I bought it in May and the photos where my skin is clear were  taken on Sunday in Oct. Stick with it it?s SO worth it!!

The Regimen - It really works

I can say that is one from the best products that they are really works, as personnaly i tried a lot of products such as Clearogen, La roche posay 3 steps, Bioderma, and other cheap ones, but the best results were refer to this product, yes it is not cheap but 100% it will give you the best results compared with the ones in the market, personnaly i give regimen 4.5/5, as it really help me to remove acne, which is right now better than the first time.

It is not gentle, it does not remove all makeup and it does not help with acne in long game

Maybe if you want to wash your face with it twice

Acnecide face wash

Hi, I need help!! I have been using the acnecide face wash and spot cream for about a week now. The face wash has made my face really swollen and dry and red and doesn’t feel any better at the minute. Does it get better the more you use it? Do I carry on using it or leave it and try something else?

Burnt my face

I only used it for a week and it burnt my skin. Now I’m dealing with unnecessary hyperpigmentation. I don’t recommend.

Great stuff

I'm very sceptical, so at first i didn't have big hopes for this treatment. I'm 20 years old and struggled with moderate acne since i was 11. My skin is very VERY sensitive, any other medical grade gel and cream usually did more bad than good. I combine this treatment with a healthy, reasonable diet (no dairy was a must, and i also cut off coffee and choc), their face wash (or if i run out, anything thats delicate enough) and regular unscented moisturizer along with spf.

It did WONDERS.

Its been half a year, and the change is drastic. I have no active pimples on me right now (aswell as no redness). I occassionally get one here and there before period or if i eat something bad accidentally, but the gel makes it go away SO much faster! Around 3-4 days and theyre gone. They're also much smaller and not nearly as inflamed. I've tried BP before ,but both 5% and 10% were too harsh for me and caused me to break out anyway. This is PERFECT

TLDR; Very sensitive, acne prone skin, this thing changed my quality of life, couldn't recommend enough!

would NOT recommend

I first started using this regimen in 2016 and it got rid of all my acne, this was the first product that actually worked. I don’t have acne anymore but I would get the occasional pimple or two so I decided to purchase this regimen again ( worst mistake of my life). i’ve been using this product for a month now and my skin is horrible, I went from clear skin to horrible painful acne from using this product. I have never had this type of acne before it feels like cystic acne now and my skin was perfectly fine before I started using this. They must have changed the formula or added new things to this regimen because it is not the same and it also bleached my pillow cases from grey to orange. I do not recommend buying this, it will damage your skin and cause painful acne.

I love this product and it has completely cleared my skin. I’m just curious as to why you used it if your skin was fine. This product is very strong so I wouldn’t even recommend for light acne.

Finding a Doctor

The right dermatologist can make a big difference to your patient experience and the success of your acne treatment plan. Here are the steps to find a dermatologist who is a good fit:

  1. Use the search feature on the American Academy of Dermatology website to look for board-certified dermatologists in your area, and filter the search results for doctors with a special interest in treating acne.
  2. Read online patient reviews of any dermatologists you are considering and ask people you know whether they have any experience with these dermatologists.
  3. Do your research and go to your first appointment with questions prepared.
  4. Listen to what your gut feeling tells you once you see a dermatologist in person. If you are not completely comfortable, try a different dermatologist.

Finding a Doctor

Only a select few plastic surgeons specialize in acne scar revision surgery. Be certain to find a provider who specializes in acne scar repair and who is passionate and experienced in this area.

Be sure to:

  • Look at before and after photos, the more the better, especially patients with similar scarring to your own.
  • Be realistic about results. Look for improvement, not a cure.

Questions to ask a potential scar revision specialist:

  • Are you board certified? Be certain that they are board certified.
  • How long have you been performing these procedures? Normally, the more experience the better, however, some younger surgeons may be more on top of the latest procedures.
  • Can I speak to some of your other patients? Ask for references for several patients who had similar scarring and speak to them about the process and their satisfaction with results.

Red flags:

  • Their story changes: As you discuss different treatment options, if they tend to change their mind easily, or agree with whatever you say, consider this a red flag. A confident, experienced surgeon will possess strong, unwavering opinions.
  • Your gut tells you "no": Trust your gut. If you just don't feel that the doctor is the right fit, trust that and move on. On the other hand, if you feel they are the perfect specialist for you, trust that feeling.
