I swear by this product!
I have tried many expensive acne products in my desperate search to get rid of my acne which is kind of different because my pimples rarely pop out, but are rather bumpy and noticible on my skin. This product made it, it's better than the 10% because it doesn't dry your skin and you notice result almost immediatly. Also is some much more cheaper than neotrogena, proactive, etc and it work better.

hands down, the best acne product i have ever used and will only use. I have tried so many products that made my skin clear within the first week and then from there it all went downhill. This product after the first week and beyond keeps your skin clear. My skin is sensitive so i only use at night, but that still gets the job done. I was so self-conscious about my face and borderline depressed, if anyone reads this and feels the same way i definitely encourage you to go buy this stuff right now. I saw an improvement within two days, crazy i know but it's the truth. Clinique is amazing, i cant possibly thank them enough!

Before going to college, my sister and I decided to both try out Proactiv to clear up mild acne (not red or painful, and mostly along the hairline and forehead). I figured, "What can I lose? If it doesn't work, I'm only out $40." After seeing advertisement after advertisement, I was eager to try out this treatment. I used it faithfully, twice a day every day, but almost from the outset I started to break out. My skin was irritated and red, and I began to break out in places I had never had acne before (all over my cheeks and jawline). The more acne I got, the harder I scrubbed with Proactiv. 3 months later, my face looked terrible. I stopped using Proactive and was so disappointed. I hoped that discontinuing use would help my skin return to its previous state of light acne, but alas, 2 years later my skin is still broken out. I have not been able to clear up the acne that Proactiv unleashed and have been through a continuous cycle of breakout after breakout. I truly wish I had never bothered with Proactiv at all. The scrubbing beads are too harsh! I started Acne.org's The Regimen a few days ago and my skin is looking and feeling the best it has in 2+ years. My advice about Proactiv: If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. Read Dan's comments about Proactiv--I agree completely!

A little dry my skin...To use with a good moisturizer! (Aveeno Clear complexion or Spectro Jel )
I had light acne and oily skin. I have a reactive and combination/acne prone skin.
I use Spectro Jel cleanser, spectro jel moisturizer and Solugel 4 since only two weeks and I have no more blemishes, black heads and oily skin!! This product is a miracle in a tube !!
I recommend it for sure!

Was diligent about the regimen, but this actually GAVE me acne on my jawline b/c of drying. Never had jawline acne until using this product and now I can't get rid of it. Moisturized heavily using jojoba oil, which is great, but beware.

At night, I cleanse with one pump of Serious Skin Care's Daily Ritual Cleanser, massage gently for one minute, rinse, pat dry and gently apply one pump of Dan's 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. In the morning I again cleanse with the Daily Ritual Cleanser, rinse, pat dry and apply Seban Liquid (for oil control) by Copperlabs gently with a cottonball. I am now 40 years old and in the past I have tried everything to clear my skin and control my extremely oily skin. I have been doing this skincare routine for 2 years now and my skin is still clear, eventoned and oil free. Thank you Dan for your benzoyl peroxide. It really is the most gentle and effective benzoyl peroxide I have ever used. I won't use anything else!

Expensive,Proactiv charged me 3 times for 1 shipment even though I had an email from them confirming my membership cancellation. It dries out your skin! After I would wash my face, it would be very hot and red. My skin got even redder insted of evening out the tones.
Dont buy it!!!!!

Has reduced cystic acne
Clearing lots of clogged pores
Fading scars from recent cysts
Evening out skin tone and redness - despite the acne, I feel comfortable walking around the house without makeup on in the morning
Cons:
Requires patience - takes time!
Not a miracle cure, of course
Makes skin worse before it gets better
I used this several years ago when my acne first got really bad (in my early 20's). It really cleared up my skin and I honestly don't know why I stopped (maybe because I ran out and my hormones and stress evened out for a while). Now I'm in my mid-twenties and my breakouts started getting really bad after I started a very important medication a few months ago. Since I didn't want to stop the medication, I turned to acne.org again and am confident I will have clear skin again, with a little work and patience!

Pros:
It works quickly, with minimal effort and a small amount of cream. It has a pleasant odor, and doesn't stain.
Cons:
Mild dryness, but not enough to make you frustrated.
It's a simple, inexpensive solution to a problematic issue that we all deal with. Try it!

I have been using the daniel kern regimen for about a month now and after a month i have seen a lot of results. My skin is clear with the occasional pimple and my skin tone is down. Even though this is all true the more and more i use the regimen my skin begins to get dryer and dryer in places where my skin has never been dry. Its beginning to seem that im aging more everyday. Now after doing research, i realize that this treatment is only a preventative and once one were to stop using it many zits would arise. Im only nineteen and Im already seeing some of the terrible effects of BP. Im going to begin to try and wean myself off of it. For some advice of users of the treatment i would HIGHLY recommend jojoba oil use in between wash and treatment. But don't stay on BP for a very long time, its not a cure. I think worlds of this treatment due to its power and results. All of the products are great and work as they advertise. But I cant continue to use it. Now my regimen will be to wash and mosturize with jojoba... and the only use the regimen at night. I plan on switching to desert essense face wash as soon as i am done weaning myself off of this treatment. Thank you dan for being sincere and trying to help people. I can only say that for me, I cannot continue to use this BP. The moisturizer is unbelieveble(may continue to use)
