I've finally got some more baking soda so I've restarted this regimen again, using the soda and the ACV. I can't really be bothered with the egg mask, it just seems to be a waste of eggs, and no doubt...

Surely most of the dissolved silicea will be swallowed in the saliva anyway?

Did you use any regimen while on the silicea?   At the moment I'm just using water and wonder if I should be applying tea tree oil to the cysts.

If you leave the ACV on like I do, you just need to moisturise more or use a more diluted ACV solution. For me, using only ACV has worked better than ACV + Baking Soda.
