ok so i have a couple of questions...sorry if they have been answered before but i could only read through half of the 26 pages.

1. i'm doing the egg mask as i type...what is the easiest way to get the egg whites away from the yolk? and sorry if this sounds dumb but i don't really eat eggs...how whipped should the egg white be? i did it until it was kind of foamy/bubbly. i dropped in just a little lemon juice...is it better to use too much or too little?

2. is it too much on your face to do the acv/baking soda and egg yolk mask at night. i don't have enough time in the morning to do any of it.

thanks for your help!

yeah i think the standard way to seperate egg whites is to break the egg evenly in half, peel apart slowly and hold both sides upright. over a bowl, or whatever youre pouring it into, let the egg whites drip into it. take the side that has the yolk in it and pour it into the other side of the shell (over the bowl). do that as many times as you like. watch out for the yolk breaking because as a solid yolk it will go from side to side no problem, once it breaks it will become liquidy and pour out like the egg whites.

yeah you should put put and egg white in there once or twice a week...it really helps...

I don't use anything on my face but that stuff. This is what i do everyday

wash with b soda

eggwhites (15min)

vinegar

alot of people know that i am 100% clear with no red marks, and it is all thanks to that stuff...

sa is salicylic acid. it is a beta hydroxy acid. it exfoliates the skin by sloughing off dead cells.

i've started this regimen and did the bs thing for 3 nights in a row. I did the egg white mask once. A few days later i got loads of tiny whiteheads on my cheeks. I didn't use acv.

So from my experience, either egg white mask or BS breaks you out.

I think the fact that you didn't use acv is the exact reason why you broke out..

You need it to even out your skin's ph after using bs..

I've read the whole thread in full and the few people who got break outs from this seem to be the people who either used only acv or only bs..

I was curious how everyone is doing with this regimen. I had fairly mild acne. I was using neutrogena advanced and then my face just went crazy. now i have red marks (which i didn't have before) and my face won't stop breaking out. I've switched back to using cetaphil and i recently started using the acv/bs. But then i was also reading botchlas regimen and people seem to be doing well with that too. Any suggestions?

hi there, i have a problem, hopefully someone can help. i definitley want to start delnas regimen right now, but i have some problems getting the ingredients!!! i live here in austria, and in the shops we just have backpulver, which means beaking POWDER, nothing like soda. so i went to the pharmacy and bought natriumcarbonat, is that exactly what i should use or is there something else in your baking soda which is essential for the regimen?? this one here is mainly used after you ate too much. is this okay, can anybody help, please!!!!!!!!

When you folks use baking soda, do you just use a saturated solution, or wet gritty powder? The gritty powder method certainly exfoliates, but it's quite harsh, especially if you have active acne or scabs.

hi i think im gonna try this out, however for now i cant seem to be available to buy bs nor acv (so i wont use neither, therefore i wont be too basic nor too acidic?)......so i'll just do the eggmask with abit lemon

so my question is, would it be alright if i do this in the morning/afternoon? like 11:00-12:00? cause thats the time when i come home for lunch (im a student) and have some free time....while in the morning im quite busy and at night i try to get as mush sleep as possible

so yea i was wondering if i can do so during that time, as the instruction said morning or night

btw, if i dont do the bs (scrub cleansing) nor the acv (which balance the ph from bs, however since i dont use bs so i dont need to use acv?), would that be not as effective?

thanks in advance
