I've been using Clean and Clear Blackhead Scrub and Continuous Control for a while now and they're doing a good job of keeping me from breaking out. I'm also using the Green Tea Toner, which is really making my skin look a lot healthier and is fading the red marks somewhat--but it's far from perfect yet.

Do you think this would be a good regimen?:

Morning:

C&C Blackhead Scrub

C&C Continuous Control Acne Cleanser

Green Tea Toner

Night:

Baking Soda

Apple Cider Vinegar

Egg Mask

What do you think? Good idea or bad idea? Please let me know your thoughts.

Well, it's the seventh day today. Had a few new bumps but overall the scars, redmarks have faded by 40%. I can actually look at my face in the mirror without feeling bad. The new bumps disappear faster than it used to. Stopped using BP and sticking to tea tree oil. Will update you all again in a week. eusa_angel.gif

Hey everyone,

I just had my third smoothbeam treatment today (3/14) and have seen some improvement. I was looking for something to use between visits to help reduce the red marks that I have, and I found this. I was just wondering if you all thought this was okay to use between my smoothbeams, and is so, how long after a smoothbeam treatment should I wait before starting this? Will anything in this regimen influence my results from the smoothbeam if I start this too early? I was thinking about starting this Wednesday (about two days.) Is this too early?

Thanks to anyone who can help!

Funny though. Here in Holland bakingsoda is called zuiveringszout (natriumbicarbonate) and costs about $14 a pound (!!!). I can't find apple cider vinegar in a supermarket anywhere.

Delna, and everyone else who has had input on her regimen-

I think you are great and thanks for answering all of everyones questions! I've read the first and last few pages of this forum and just got done doing the BS - ACV treatment. Do you mean wash as in splash with water after each, or literally "wash" with cleanser again?? I just splashed with water hoping thats what was intended.

Sorry for the rediculous question

Does anyone know if this regimen would work on the red marks inside an icepick scar?

Yes, mix 1 teaspoon of water and 8 teaspoons of ACV together. Apply that after the BS thing. You'll want to work your way up to 1 teaspoon of water and 1 teaspoon of ACV, but make sure your skin can handle it first.. Slowly increase the concentration of ACV.

This doesn't make sense to me. 1 teaspoon of water and 8 teaspoons of ACV af first, then work your way up to 1 teaspoon of water and 1 teaspoon ACV. Wouldn't it be the other way around?

I believe its 8 teaspoon of ACV and 1 teaspoon of water initially.

Question :

Sometimes I have to wash my face in the afternood. What do I do after cleaning my face? Apply acne cream again?

Sorry, yes that's what I meant.‚  8 teaspoons of water and 1 teaspoon of ACV.‚  That was a big typo I know.‚  eusa_naughty.gif‚  I also fixed my original post.

Thanx guys for clearing that up. So you have to work your way up to 1:1 (ACV, water) right? Does this regimen help with the redness in a icepick scar?
