whew!! it took a while but I'm finally finished reading all 36 PAGES of this thread... and after doing a bit of cross-researchin on other message boards and sites have come to these conclusions
I will use Apple Cider Vinegar
I will use BS to exfoliate maybe a couple of times a week.
I will keep my eggs away from my face ... a few years ago I used to apply an egg and lemon juice mask religiously everyday for over a month... not a good idea my acne came back bigger, redder and more plentiful
however i think i used both the yolk and the white so don't let me scare any of you potential users away.
Anyway my real reason for posting is to just commend delna on her diligence, kindness, and selfless sacrifice of her time and energy... delna even though I'm not gona use your regime I still think you're an
Let's give her a round of applause people
I luv these smiley things...as you can tell
I've finally got some more baking soda so I've restarted this regimen again, using the soda and the ACV. I can't really be bothered with the egg mask, it just seems to be a waste of eggs, and no doubt my parents would ask me where all the eggs were going.
This new baking soda feels much softer on my skin than the last one.
Yeah the egg mask seems too much hastle and I have to use a new egg each time so it uses up a lot of eggs.
I've been doing the baking soda-ACV for 2 days now and it looks like the red marks are fading slightly.. like they're not as visable as before, it definately seems to be working.
I've been using this for abour 4? days now, and i think it's definately doing something. i used the egg mask on the first day, and havn't since because like u guys said, it's kinda of a waste of eggs. i guess the important thing is that this isn't causing any breakouts, so i'm gona keep trying it. thanks!!
dumb question, but ive read on other posts that acv also works to fight/heal acne??? is this true? my acne is kinda red at the base, so i was wondering if this will hit two in one.
and whats the difference from leaving the acv on overnight vs. just leaving it on for 10 minutes? wont you get more out of it if you leave it on overnight? help??
Well I have been using this regimine now for 5 days ( counting tonight) and I have to say I do believe it has helped fade the red marks. They of course are not totally gone, but they have faded some. I think it is definately helping.
I used the egg mask a few times, but have since stopped as I think it was just tightening my skin and seemed to make the marks I have in it from old acne more prominent and I don't know how to explain it but made my skin look tighter but not better...weird I know.
Thanks for the wonderous thread and tips!!

Yay.. this person encourages me to keep doing delna's regimen!
okay, I just found this post a couple days ago, and was intrigued, so I decided to try it, and so far, it has worked really well, but I just had a couple of questions. They might have been asked already, but I didn't want to read through all 37 pages of postings..
So, if I've been doing the regimen, is it ok to use Eucerin Skin Renewal as my moisturizer, because it has lactic acid in it which is supposed to work (I think) as an exfoliant so I wondered if that would be too much with the baking soda in addition.
I wonder because when I put it on in the morning it burns a little.
Also, the baking soda burns when I put it on... is that bad?
maybe ur using too much acv...apparently ur supposed to dilute the solution 1:8 and then slowly work ur way up to 1:1.
with the baking soda, about a teaspoon is plenty, mixed with a few drops of water and ur regular face wash...
if this is wat u've been doing and it's burning then try even less amounts of the acv and bs, and if it continues to burn then ur probably best to discontinue use....good luck
