For me, time + exfoliation. No particular product except for maybe Dan's AHA+. Give it a year or more to see significant fading of the red marks.

I wouldn't do the pills, they're not as effective as reported by others. And from what I've read. Drink ACV to reduce acne, apply it on skin to reduce red marks.
