Dude it's like me saying what is the fastest way to get clear skin....if there was a fastest way they everyone would do it, unfortunatly that isn't the case and differeent things work for different people.

For me I use Manuka Honey and it works goods, but other say ACV is great or Lemon juice I tried both but didn't get results so there is no definitive answer, as much as it sucks it's all about trial and error but maybe start with ACV as it's the cheapest and easiest to get your hands on.

Let your skin heal on its own you slow down the process when you put a bunch of chemicals in your face.

For me, time + exfoliation. No particular product except for maybe Dan's AHA+. Give it a year or more to see significant fading of the red marks.
