Aloe Vera is really great to fade new hyperpigmentation scars. I faded new scars in a week. but for old ones that are dark brown, those scars are in the dermis, so they are deeper and harder to fade.

I'm using ACV on some really dark post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation on my chin and jawline that I've had for 2-3 years. So far they've been fading nicely.
