I've been reading up on the benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They use herbs to treat your acne from the inside, and you have little to no side effects from them. I've also heard that acupuncture really helps.

I wanted to go to a holistic doctor because all the dermatologists just prescribe me epiduo and antibiotics that make my skin fall off.

Has anyone had any luck with acupuncture or Chinese medicine?

i have not but am thinking about trying this too. there are lots of people on this board who have had success with it.

Didn't work for me. Did it for at least 10 weeks. They we're fucking nuts and it was disgusting to drink and super expensive. In the end when I wanted out, they told me that if I left and no longer payed for their potions it would get worse and worse and I would eventually die or something. Be careful, it is easy to get money out of desperate people.
