(Don't quote me on this because Im not a dermatologist but I'll try and help) it looks in between mild and severe and those red marks are the same ones I've been dealing with for months which are deep papules that form under the skin. They just look like huge inflammed red spots and sometimes hurt like hell. Im on antibiotics for them but I've seen little improvement for the amount of time I've been on them. Hope this helped !!
