I'm a 17 year old guy and have had this patch of redness on my cheeck for over 2 months. It hasn't really gone away much, or at least not at a reasonable speed, I'm wondering what type of acne it is and how to correctly treat it. Is it a scar, dark spot or something else?

Not sure what type but it is acne go to the doctors and get some antibiotics to control that and don't touch it

Does it have a lump, and is sore? If so its probably a cyst.

 

If its flat and isn't sore at all, its just a red mark. I doubt it'll leave much of a scar anyway. Red marks fade with time.

I have the exact same kind as those. They are red, and kind of raised. I've been using aloe Vera and Apple cidar vinegar on them
