Oh my gosh! I had the same little bumps all over my forehead awhile ago. I was washing my face and exfoliating and doing everything I could! One day I ran out of exfoliator and I was kinda bummed. However, within a week of not exfoliating, my bumps disappeared!! I only use exfoliator about 2 times every week and my acne has improved. The scrubbing and harshness of exfoliating was irritating my acne and making it worse! I also noticed that when I use a little bit more moisturizer on my face (I use neutrogena oil free moisture for sensitive skin) it gets clearer!! I really hope this helps!!!

Omg! I have the EXACT same type of acne right now. I'm going to follow this post to see if anyone has any suggestions. It's so frustrating! I would rather my skin go back to a few larger pimples rather than those tiny little bumps everywhere. I just recently started trying to treat my acne as of about a month ago so I haven't seen much of an improvement yet, then again, since I was doing absolutely nothing up until recently I feel like my skin may be looking clearer just because I'm actually washing my makeup off my face at night again.
