diet will not be able to clear this up, believe me.   I agree, I eat so ooooo healthly and still get blackheads.... All those scrubs n cleansers dont work either.

Hows it going, I have same problem, huge pores on nose and blackheads....they seem to be spreading all over nose. I hate blackheads. I can deal with the zits but hate Blackheads.... For me Cetaphil br...

It really aggrovated my skin, made it red and the blackheads and whiteheads seemed to stand out more.

The worse thing you can do is squeeze blackheads. I have damaged my pores on my nose really badly from squeezing.... So if u get tempted to squeeze ur blackheads, please please dont!

She wont leave u cause of acne, do u shave on ur neck?? Maybe try BP...not alot, but it might help dry out the cysts...u can get it from the chemist.

i sympathize... I have tried so many things to cure my acne but in reality, probably made it a whole lot worse....hang in there ok...it helps to vent on this site.

How often do u guys derma roll???

I made another batch recently but have to stop using this toner, it has broken my skin out really bad.....

I have actually gotten a few more zits, they are taking awhile to dry out with the toner, Ill try another batch with less salt...btw this toner does nothing for my blackheads, personally, if anything ...

i ocd abit and have been putting tghis on 3 times a day or more, is that ok?

Dont shower too much Joey, the water will dry youyr skin out.   So I had two huge zits, one on either cheek, they are very red today but more flat and not raised.... when I put it one, I get the ...

Nah I made enought o last ahwile, Ill keep in fridge, how much of the sea salt did u say to use. I have it on my face now as two huge zits popped up this morn...grrr.

I kinda got bored with this diet, I still use some of the diets recipes though as some are really yummy.

I use a beard trimmer, its been the best thing to use... and I stay clear of razors now. I had so much skin irritation using them. And I tried alot.

All three did nothing for my skin, actually made it worse at times ;o(

Ive tried this twice in a week, not done anything as yet, but I know it takes months for scars to heal and new skin cells to regrow.... I bought a roller on ebay.. a .5mm one. Doesnt really hurt but ...

A natural oil....might help fade red marks. Bio oil did nothing for my marks, just broke me out.

This didnt work for me, but I will try it again... I liked the taste of it.
