Have you had acne in the past? If so, redness usually tends to stick around once acne has cleared but to me it just looks like some minor rolling scars. I would recommend this product:

I've tried this too and it actually works amazingly good. The urine does put off a bad smell so you might just want to just mix it with something and drink it if you're worried about the smell.
