Cons:
Takes a while for it to work.

Pros:
Inexpensive
Cleared up my face REALLY WELL. Nothing else was working and I had really stubborn acne before it.
DOES NOT damage skin or change its texture... no flakiness or long term side effects
Cons:
It takes time... I used it for about two months when i noticed the pimples were'nt coming back. No difference overnight.
Felt sweaty and greasy at first but even though I have REALLY oily skin, it balanced out within a week.

I would DEFINITELY recommend it. I've had acne for 10 years almost and nothing else worked as well. This time, I had the WORST adult acne ever and this worked awesomely even though nothing else was working. I use Skinoren for a week every month and I'm using Clearsil's super fine scrub (forgot the name) with Acne-Aid liquid facewash. The results are AWESOME. I was literally sinking into depression before thinking nothing's going to treat my stubborn acne but its almost gone now. The inflammation has all but disappeared.

Pros:
It worked, but took almost the whole tube. Had all little bumps on my forehead and side of my face. Now I'm on Tretinoin and everything seems to be getting better.
Cons:

It's is good, but I ran out and they gave me the tretinoin cream. I think both work good.

Pros:
I have been using this for about a week and it works soooo good. I used everything and this has finally worked.

Try it you will love it. I dont have insurance and went into the doctor told her i wanted to try this. she thought it was a good idea.

Pros:
doesn't seem to dry out face, make-up goes on smoothly after application of the clindamycin lotion, no major cyst like breakouts

Can make your skin appear very oily
I have only been using this for about a week, so far it seems I have had no cyst-like acne breakouts on my cheeks. I do notice irritation on my jaw-line, but I believe this is due to the tazorac lotion irritating my skin, which is part of the reason my Derm put me on this lotion twice a day. IT does make your skin look very greasy/oily, so during the day oil blotter sheets are a must! Will do a follow up in a few weeks to give a more accurate review of this product.

Pros:
It clears acne effectively and leaves no scar.
Cons:
Smelly. Because clindamycin i use is alcohol-based, some stinging sensation is inevitable. Can't be used under sunlight (UV will irritate skin). Tightness will be felt.
Use with Cetaphil, it works very well. And it's not as harsh as differin, so it can be used as a preventative medication.

I have cystic acne which got very infected within three weeks. My doctor gave me an antibiotic called doxycyclin for 15 days and clindamycin. I've been using it for 5 days and my skin has dramatically improved. I think getting the bacteria out of your system helps clear the skin. Clindamycin alone may be too weak for bad acne.

Works well on existing acne. cleared my skin up drastically.
Cons:
doesn't clean up skin all the way. still have mild acne.

Pros:
Did finally work and went on well.
Cons:
Made my skin real oily and it took a long time to work.
Alot of people stop using it after a couple weeks like i did but i got back on it and it took 7 weeks for me to start seeing any difference at all i just woke up and noticed that it was working then it took another 8 weeks to finally get rid of most of them bottom line it took about 4 months but my face looks 100% better but the oiliness of my skin has been giving me a problem i might try tretinoin.
Pros:
Reduce acne size; cause of blackheads to become smaller.
