stay away!
I've been using this product for about 3 weeks now and my face is so red, dry and my face looks like a wrinkled paper. Some of my acne went away but new came. It left so many red patches and red marks it's INSANE! Even the smallest pimples left a bright red mark that will take forever to fade. My existing marks from before became even worse. I am so scared to stop because many people says it comes back worse. My skin texture is so bad and my skin tone is uneven. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!

You need to alternate days. 2 days on...2 days off. You did not start slow enough. This happened to me too. It's been 2 months using the kit and my skin has never looked this good.

Didn't work
Didn't work for me:/ The ingredients looked good but it didn't clear me up and I think it's a bit irritating.

Only BP
Do some of you JUST use the BP? I've only been using the BP (with CeraVe facewash) and I've gotten mixed results. Just wondering if anyone had success without doing the entire regimen.

Yes! I just use the BP and substitute the face wash for cetaphil and the lotion from neutrogena. Same results and much cheaper!

Yes - I've used BP in conjunction with Simple Moisturising face wash (nice clean feel, good foaming action and few ingredients) and Simple Light Moisturiser + jojoba oil drops mixed in (nice light feel but moisturises enough to aid the dryness of BP). I had awful acne (verging on cystic open wounds) and I got completely clear! Follow the regimen to the letter with these products and you'll see good results :)

Update ?

Just Okay
At first I thought this spot treatment was working but after sometime it really wasn't doing anything but drying the skin around the pimples rather then the actual pimples. It didn't cause any redness which was nice but I recently started using tea tree oil as a spot treatment and it actually drys the crap out of pimples but does cause redness for myself around the pimple. BTW I used this bp for around 7 months. So I gave it enough of a chance , I would recommend spot treating with tea tree oil over this product.

Good product but a pain to deal with the site.
I have been using this for a few years now and it definitely works if used correctly and especially well if you stick to it consistently. It does tend to dry you out but you will most likely get used to it pretty quickly. Do try and get your proportions down because over applying will most likely slow the process down. My only complaints would be that the shipping from this site is extremely slow and that they have poor customer service and communications skills. My orders normally take a week or more to arrive which is pretty damn slow for shipping in 2016, regardless of that start and stop point. I haven't dealt with their customer service too many times but I do remember that they usually don't answer me at all or take days longer than I would have expected and the question becomes irrelevant.

A terrible mistake
Like most of the stories Ive read on acne.org I was looking for something to help my acne and this product seemed like a saving grace on the internet .. "natural and chemical ingredients combined!" As soon as I started using it the condition of my skin got worse.. This was "normal" to the company as they tell you the first 2 weeks you'll most likely breakout , that Initial break out stage.. right? No almost 5 weeks now of using it religiously and I'm still breaking out worse then I did before purchasing this kit. I emailed the company and they said give it 5-6 weeks. But their site says clear skin 30 days guaranteed . So I emailed them again just the other day asking if I should continue as its been almost 5 weeks and Im still breaking out terribly, I also told them its not correct of them to be advertising 30 days clear skin guaranteed because thats not what they are telling my over email, plus everyones skin is different . They responded with saying I should move on to a different product because it seems like I'm finished with exposed. They weren't very nice with their response and didn't back the product like they do on the site. Im going to send the products back after I wean my self off of it. I would NEVER recommend this product to someone with sensitive skin. My skin could not take the combinations of all the acne fighting ingredients , it might work for someone else though, but I'm just suggesting that there is probably better options out there.

From proactiv, neutrogena, and even clean clear.
I have tried many different routes to try and solve my acne and honestly was even skeptic about paying almost 50$ for this treatment, but.... Let me tell this treatment is not only gentle on my skin but very effective. I purchased my first treatment kit on Oct 23, and by Jan 9 my skin has almost completely changed for the better.

Try searching Acne Cream on ebay uk or usa. Look for a brand called Home Care its exactly like quinnderm and panoxyl before it was banned. As its from the usa eu laws dont apply there.

Finding a Doctor

The right dermatologist can make a big difference to your patient experience and the success of your acne treatment plan. Here are the steps to find a dermatologist who is a good fit:

  1. Use the search feature on the American Academy of Dermatology website to look for board-certified dermatologists in your area, and filter the search results for doctors with a special interest in treating acne.
  2. Read online patient reviews of any dermatologists you are considering and ask people you know whether they have any experience with these dermatologists.
  3. Do your research and go to your first appointment with questions prepared.
  4. Listen to what your gut feeling tells you once you see a dermatologist in person. If you are not completely comfortable, try a different dermatologist.

Finding a Doctor

Only a select few plastic surgeons specialize in acne scar revision surgery. Be certain to find a provider who specializes in acne scar repair and who is passionate and experienced in this area.

Be sure to:

  • Look at before and after photos, the more the better, especially patients with similar scarring to your own.
  • Be realistic about results. Look for improvement, not a cure.

Questions to ask a potential scar revision specialist:

  • Are you board certified? Be certain that they are board certified.
  • How long have you been performing these procedures? Normally, the more experience the better, however, some younger surgeons may be more on top of the latest procedures.
  • Can I speak to some of your other patients? Ask for references for several patients who had similar scarring and speak to them about the process and their satisfaction with results.

Red flags:

  • Their story changes: As you discuss different treatment options, if they tend to change their mind easily, or agree with whatever you say, consider this a red flag. A confident, experienced surgeon will possess strong, unwavering opinions.
  • Your gut tells you "no": Trust your gut. If you just don't feel that the doctor is the right fit, trust that and move on. On the other hand, if you feel they are the perfect specialist for you, trust that feeling.
