Love!
I'm a female in my mid 20s who has mild acne. I received Ziana from my dermatologist a month or so ago, switching from Finacea, which wasn't doing much for me. It has helped the acne around my mouth and chin so much. I have only had ONE pimple, compared to three or four a month, since using Ziana. That was when I first started using it. I also did not go through the 'purge' my dermatologist warned me about. I use it once each night and put it on after my moisturizer. I also moisturize in the morning. I haven't noticed much of a difference in my 'scars' or pinkish reddish brown spots leftover from previous acne, but hope to. I have also been receiving monthly facials lately, which I think has also helped a lot. I can't wait to continue to use Ziana and see how much more it improves my skin in the future!

Amazing, just be patient!
I was prescribed biacna by my dermatologist after i've been on bactrim for 2 weeks and it was smoot sailing after that. as soon as the bactrim kicked in all I had to worry about was the part where my skin gets used to the gel. it took about 2-3 weeks of experimenting on how frequent i should use the biacna(ziana) but after that i used it every night and the redness and the peeling has all subsided. I have stopped taking bactrim for a week now and still no horrible breakouts because of this gel. it is amazing. I hope it continues to show progress because I love my skin now. It is not perfect and have hyperpigmentation but i am getting there. i never really write reviews but this stuff is the real deal. be patient!!!

Pros:

Once a day application makes it easy to use. I have had no noticeable drying and any redness is temporary. After one and a half months, I've had no major breakouts.

Cons:

I've experienced some slight burning sensation a few times when cleansing my skin (using Cetaphyl normal/oily) but quickly goes away.

I used to get big, under the surface cystic acne on my chin area and some smaller whitehead acne around the nose area. Since using Ziana, I have not had one cystic breakout and maybe one small whitehead near my nose. I am very happy with the results and my skin looks great every day!

Pros:

Put on at night. Decreases the amount of pimples.

Cons:

Made my skin very dry and have to use clean and clear oil free moisturizer.

Good product doesnt totally take care of it though. but also didnt have to pay anything because my dermatologist gave bunch of sample tubes for FREE! ask yours!

Pros:

Got rid of my acne!

Cons:

The gel is kind of sticky, but I only used it at night, before bed so it was okay.
Also, it made me more susceptible to sunburn. I'm sure that applying sunscreen would fix this though.

This product worked very well for me. I have been using it for about 2-3 months now. Another tip: take Vitamin E, A, and Omega-3 supplements daily. Trust me, it helps! And extra Vitamin C wouldn't hurt either.

Pros:

worked completely, best product ever tried

Cons:

i put a 3 for cost bc the derma gave me a coupon that makes it cheap for 3 months...once thats gone i heard its very expensive so i prob wont be able to afford it :/

Only about a week in using this, have tried many other products/vitamins/etcetc but this is my first foray into prescription stuff... honestly its the only thing ive actually seen work. i have not had a single pimple since starting, the old ones have gone away by now and i am so happy my skin has never looked better. doesnt bother my skin or dry it out at all...i know this is probably unusual at how well i have reacted to this but its the truth. try it yourself maybe itll work!

Pros:

it cleared my face completely in about a week. i always got compliments

Cons:

at first it dried my face out and made it peel. it made my skin yellow. i stopped using it for a week, and my face broke out all over again.

this product works. but the use of it must be consistent.

Pros:

Cleared up existing acne right away. Face is smooth the next day. Only have to apply it once daily. Doesn't burn at all and doesn't cause any redness.

Cons:

Face gets sticky after you have it on. Can be expensive if you don't have a savings card from your Dr.

Works great! Also taking solodyn once daily. Skin is very smooth. Haven't had any flakiness or dryness at all. My face will get pretty oily at the end of the day though...
