Pros:

Completely cleared my pimples, skin is smooth, reduced the appearance of acne scarring, and improved blackheads

Cons:

Still have mild blackheads, slight redness, peeling and dryness

This product cleared my acne when literally nothing else would, but it has left my face pretty dry, which is irritating. But honestly, I'd rather have dry skin that peels occasionally than lots of pimples. I'd say it took somewhere between 1 and 2 months for my skin to totally clear up, so it works faster than a lot of other products are supposed to. Overall, I'd say this is a great product.

Pros:

-clears individual pimples fast
-nearly stops insane brake-outs
-stops oily skin

Cons:

-makes skin pretty dry
-makes skin super sensitive to the sun
-darkens marks, unless you use tons of sunscreen
-doesn't really get rid of those little bumps that become pimples

Personally, its helped me tremendously, but it has a long way to go before almost clearing my acne. But dont get me wrong, its stopped numerous zits from popping up, and it helped a lot. I would highly recommend this to people with pretty bad acne, who are tried of it and need a out.

Pros:

Works

Cons:

Purging
Takes months for it work
Dries your face for the first few weeks

I had deep cystic acne on my cheeks that hurt alot. I've tried proactiv, doxycycline, sodium sulfacetamide, minocycline and none of them worked. I first started using it Dec. 2009. Brokeout HORRIBLY. It was bad. So I stopped for about 1 month. After a month I decided to give it another shot, with the idea that "it can't get any worse than it already is". So i got back on it in Feb. 2010. Started using it consistently every night. By the end of March things were looking better, about 3-4 pimples on each cheek, with the occasional 2 or 3 on my forehead and chin. It's now May and my cheeks, chin and forehead are clear. All that remains are red marks and a few pimples on my jaw line. I am currently using baby soap as a face wash, ziana at night, and acanya in the morning. I took bactrim ds for about 2 weeks in Feb. but stopped because of the side-effects. Ziana works, just stick to it.

Pros:

apply small amount once a day
gradual results

Cons:

irritating until your skin adjusts to it
must remain pale

my derm prescribed me ziana gel, solodyn antibiotic, and triaz foaming cloths. in the morning i wash my face with the triaz cloth and then take the solodyn pill. at night i wash my face with cetaphil and then apply this gel. my skin was so irritated the first couple of weeks. i watched the movie 'brothers' and i was allergic to my own tears. had that 'just cried' look throughout the entire next day : ( skin really dries out at first.. make sure you have a good moisturizer.. and more importantly.. wait at least an hour before applying moisturizer on your face after applying this gel. its been almost a month now and my skin is adjusting.. it's not at all irritated just a little dry. i can see my skin starting to clear.

Pros:

easy to use doesnt break out skin works well in the long run

Cons:

needs assistance from other acne fighting treatments not strong enouph to hold all acne off

ive been using this for about 3 months now i recomend using it with cetaphil gentle cleanser and putting ziana on right after and then go to bed but in the morning use some sort of bp medication. i also take vitamins e, zink and mens one a day i can honestly say my skins never been so smooth but i also use mama lotion or m2 skin refinish every other not it removes skars completely

Pros:

easy to use

Cons:

having to be patient with it, some peeling and redness, also very expensive w/out insurance, I used discount card for 25$ but my pharmacist said it's normally four hundred plus dollars!! (w/out ins.)

I've been using the product now for about 3 weeks. It's been kind of on and off. At first my face cleared up really well then at the beginning of the third week I started breaking out on one side of my face SO bad, didn't want to leave my house. So that weekend I stayed home and didn't wear make-up and used ziana day and night and by Monday the breakout was already healed up and going away. Now I am still getting one or two very small ones, but all in all my face is looking so much better than it did before the product. I am happy with the results so far and hopefully everything will continue to keep getting better. =D

I heard it is amazing and will work in a couple of weeks, i use it every other day.

Cons:

My skin got so much worse and its only been about 1 week and a half will it clear up? i think it is supposed to do this to bring out all the bad stuff but im still skeptical

My skin has gotten worse but everyone says its supposed to do this in the first 1,2 or 3 weeks then your skin will clear up perfectly! even brown spots after the pimple. imm going to keep trying it.

Pros:

Treats breakouts significantly faster in combination with my daily Solodyn antibiotic acne pills. Leaves skin's surface feeling smoother when you wake up the next morning. One tube will last a long time.

Cons:

Minimal drying and peeling for the first couple of days. Doesn't seem to fade post acne marks the way my dermatologist said it would.

It is to be applied at night before you go to bed. Let it dry overnight and start seeing results each morning after at least a week of consistent use.
