How long are you planning on doing the Silicone sheets? I experimented a bit with an older raised scar and haven't seen noticeable results from the sheets with a few weeks(/month?) of application.

Along side rolling/boxcar type scars I also have these white areas of scarring usually in a dot or a line. Would the best way of getting rid of these be?  

Do it all! Derma rolling, subcision, chemical peels, retinoids. They're all so benign it really can't hurt.

Pretty sure that's more for ice pick scarring, I'm looking for something a bit more expansive.

What kind of chemical peel is best for scarring? I've been using salicylic acid but saw that it's supposed to be a superficial peel. Should I be using something else for fairly deep scars or?
