Subcision won't do anything for this

As far as treatments for the white area, I am not to familiar with this type of scarring.

Definitely subcision for the rolling scars but it won't helpthe white scars. Dermastamping, spotTCA peelsand retinoids might help blendthe texture of the white scars with the surrounding skin. Try to dermastamp the white scars as well asthe area around it. You could also try applying retinoids and then dermastamping to push the product deep into the scars.There's also spot dermabrasion. I also have a couple small white scars. Not sure if I'llbe able to blend them or if they'll need to be excised or punch graft.Best wishes! Let us know how it goes.
