Did this method work for anyone else? How about drinking lemon water? It should help with digestion. I drink lemon water before meals and exercising and it does seem to work.

I've never heard of such of thing as an Acne Telethon. That must have been embarassing.

I use a SPF moisturizer with it. Usually, I go out in the sun before I apply bp.

I think it is good not to be harsh on your skin because when I was using cleaner on my skin on my body, it made it worse.
