I live in a dry hot climate... not the desert but today it's 98 F. I rock the acne when I go to the desert (about an hour away) too...

I'd say that I live in a desert... Well, it's filled with grass, but when you get out to the highway, it's all sagebrush.

Acne can be mildly affected by climate, but usually it's a sign that something isn't right in the body. You shouldn't have it in any climate. But I've lived in a year round humidity and hot temperature area for years (peak 98 real feel 110). I've also lived in a super cold, rarely ever humid area with no significant difference. (low -46) FYI this is Fahrenheit

Also, I dunno about desert, but there is rumored to be a civilization in South America with an extremely high percentage of acne to the point where it's not considered to be an issue.
