Hi I just bought Nature Made omega 3 fish oil 1200 mg. On the back it says fish oil concentrate 2400mg then under that it says epa - 432mg and dha 288mg can you tell me how many I need to take a day?...

I dont think it has done anything for my oil but I juststarted taking it 2 wks ago.   I'm taking 2 fish oils, 1 epo, 1 borage oil morning and night   My oil is still here so far.......
