Charming just did 'hot water soaking' and then 100% ACV. No cleanser, no toner and lotion.   I think you can use cleanser before 'hot water soaking' lol.

ummm, vinnymacka. I think it is not a good idea to mix water (ACV) and oil (TTO) together. I don't think they will mix well anyway.  

No No.   TTO kills acnes, & ACV decreases oil-production, evens out skin tone, and fades redmarks.   So, if you want to kill acnes, apply TTO first.

I am an asian, have done 6 microdermabrasions. Did not see improvement on scar/redmark, but my derm, she said she saw improvement. But, my face was smooth after microdermabrasions.
