I don't know what Ralphs is, but look in a grocery store near the salad dressings and olive oils. Apple Cider Vinegar, or Apple Vinegar - same thing. Do not use white vinegar or apple cider.
Also do I mix it in a bottle with half water and half ACV then use a cotton ball and apply during a shower or after....
Yes, mix it in a bottle 50/50 water/ACV, then use a cotton ball to apply it. Don't do it in the shower because it will wash off! Do it after your shower, after washing your face, or anytime during the day. Start with morning and night, then you can work up to three or more times a day. Just apply it, then let it dry before doing the next step in your regimen.
and do I still use my gentle cleanser... really really confused....
Yes. A gentle cleanser is good. Cleanse, apply ACV, apply BP (if you use it), then apply moisturizer (if you use it, but the ACV will pretty much eliminate your need for it which is nice!)

Sorry about so many questions but I have to swim for school coming up and the swimming part is a month long and I will be so dry when i get out of the pool because I have P.E. first period and thats jus like right after i get out of the shower so You think if i bring some ACV along with me and apply it on after my skin wont be dry @ all??

it wouldn't dry out your skin just make sure you bring a moisturizer bc .. chlorine does make you xtra dry and I am not sure how much the ACV will help.
So what cleanser do you recommend since you said all soaps are bad? When I use the cleansers for oily skin, acne, etc. they just make my face more oily. I have been using dial soap and my oiliness has gone away but if there is something better then please let me know.
I try and use organic bars or just something that I know isn't the traditional soap. Kiss My Face sells very good products all pH balanced and Biodegradeable .. you can buy from them on GNC.com or their website. I use to use Basis Vitamins Bar it is awsome but it is expensive. Now I just mainly use body washes .. but right now I am using this Lemon Ginger Bar it was ony 3 dollars and it is HUGE lol, very refreshing.Maybe it isn't the dial soap that amde your oilyness go away but the ACV? I don't know how dial soap could improve your skin.
So I usually have at least one or two bright red pimples everyday, but for about a month now, the most I've had is a red mark that goes away in a day. I will post pics tonight if I remember to get my old photos out. I've been using cleanser + ACV + differin and it's been great (Aside from that really bad initial breakout)
is it safe if i cleanse, then apply ACV, then my normal routine, which is a clarifying lotion and lastly the pimple gel?
If i add in ACV will it affect my previous regimen?

yes apply it after shower, but remember to gently apply it. Don't go scrubing liek a maniac hahaha

Awwww I know, people are just scared, and the threads are so long.......I do know you posted how to use it,
and should not have to go throuth it over and over, anyways I bough some from a healthfood store. (And got someone trying to pick me up in the process over deciding over the many they had, he told me to drink it? Do you as well.???????
As for the face I am going to start with siluting it till 20% then work up to 50 in a week. Or 2. Just get used to it.
Not the right guy for me bu is was way funny, this dude was willinf to take on my baby and all!

ive been stalking this forum for quite some time now, i decided to join and give my input.
i started using ACV early September. 50/50 using a cotton ball 2 times a day.
my skin has NEVER looked so good. its so even and red marks are GONE.
it even helped mellow out my acne. and i get about 75% less breakouts then before.
i wish i had kept a picture log, but i didnt think it would work, so i didnt bother.
either way, i STRONGLY consider anyone who has doubts just to give it a shot.
i saw improvements in my skin within the first week of using it.
ive tossed and thrown out all the other products ive used, im done experimenting, ive found IT.
the products i use now; Spectro Jel (alcohol/soap free), ACV Toner (50:50), and 100% Aloe Vera Gel.
I've just been using store brand ACV. 50/50 with water. Apply it afer the shower/CSR cleanser with a cotton pad all over face and let it dry. It does smell but it's honestly gone in about 5 minutes. I've definitely seen lots of improvement on my face! No noticeable break outs from it really. Or anything else. Just added it to my regimen and it's definitely helping!
hahahah im glad that u are all having success with ACV, really happy for all of u.. but deep down jealous LOL... ACV hasnt done ne thong for me yet ... 3 weeks in 🙁
I am happy for all of you having positive result from ACV.
ACV has only even out my skin tone and reduced skin oilyness.
But, it did nothing to my redmark-turned brownmarks.

i use Fruit Of The Earth too.. i love that stuff :wub: and its so cheap, i stocked up and got like 5 bottles. best thing i could have ever done. i have an aloe vera plant also, but it just gets real messy sometimes, so i usually stick with FOTE. nice and clean in a bottle, and less time consuming. it does the same job too.
ACV and FOTE are my miracle products :dance:

Put TTO first, let it dry...then apply ACV.
or...ACV first, then TTO.
Don't mix them.
