Oh, Charming, I envy you.

I wanna make a personal log too, that contains pics showing improvement of my skin. But, I haven't started my log because I have not seen improvement.

Ok. I will try the soaking+ACV method tonight. Good Luck to me, hope to get peeling like yours.

Aw... I would love to see your progress aswell. Isnt it exciting though? Seeing fresh clear skin is like... Gaining a whole new life.

Have patience though and yes, try the method Im using. Its no chemicals or moisturizing cremes with ingrediences that can make your skin worse. Its all organic and hot water can never hurt. Good luck and let me know how your progress is going!

Charming, so thats all you do?

Hot water soak, and ACV?

Like I do Acnefree 3step treatment, and wear tinted moustizer and concealer.

So in the morning can I "Hot Water" for 60 seconds then use ACV. Then I use a cleasner, toner, and lotion?

Or will that just get rid of the ACV?

Charming just did 'hot water soaking' and then 100% ACV.

No cleanser, no toner and lotion.

I think you can use cleanser before 'hot water soaking' lol.

Charming, do you still get pimples, or is your regimen just for erasing the red marks?

No.

This method (ACV) is for redmarks....when you have no ACTIVE pimples.

For anyone asking me, I only use hotwater soaking on my face 3 times a day and I only apply Apple Cider Vinegar afterwards.

To the person asking if it has erased pimples - NO it has not. Today I completely broke out on my forhead and other areas of my face BUT it does seem to fade away the new redmarks. The old redmarks are still there, they seem to have been so scarred ages ago that they cant fade by now. But the new ones do fade.

I do break out, terribly. And I probably will for the next few weeks or months, but its worth trying.

I didnt break out on the areas where my skin was peeled, so please dont worry about that. I broke out on my forhead where I didnt even have any pimples, this is a firsttimer. My cheeks are still smooth and no breakouts on the areas where I had the peel.

Ok...You soaked your entire face into the hot water, and applied 100%ACV on your entire face.

But, you skin peeled only on your lower cheek(s).

And, today?, you get new pimples on your forehead which is the non-peeling area.

hmmm JC83, would it be a problem to use ACV when active pimples are present??

charming, i think you shouldnt worry about the breakouts. Maybe your skin is adjusting to this new method  but do not quit! At least its way better, than applying toxic chemicals on your face.

Keep us posted and good luck!

Yes exactly. I cant explain why I broke out on my forhead where I didnt have any pimples in the first place and didnt peel. Maybe my skin is just adjusting to this new method. My skin only peeled off on the areas where I used to have dry skin and redmarks after skinpicking.

No worries! I definitely wont stop!! This is WAY better than using chemicals and other products. Im positive that this is just my skin adjusting to this new method so Im gonna keep posting my progress.

acne1989,

I remember I read somewhere (in this thread) that ACV is not good for active pimples.

ah Charming,

I remember SmashingPumpkins saying that it is normal to get initial breakout when you first try ACV. No worry...

I got initial breakout too when I first used ACV long time ago.

Really JC83

cuz i do still get pimples. But now (have been doing it for 4 days) just applying Acv on my red marks, because my healthy skin (the skin with no red marks or zits) got very dry. I actually thought Acv was good for pimples, because it wuld help dry it up and remove the bacteria.

Is this okay, when a pimple pops, i apply ACV on it??

I hear its good to apply ACV right after a pimple is popped because the more fresh the redmark is the more likely you will succeed in fading it because its active and because ACV can kill bacteria.
